What sports are we practising?

  The sports hall The sports hall is a wonderful place that you can visit every day to practice your favorite team or individual sport. Look! over there are playing soccer, next to the wrestling area in the side of the individual sports zone. Soccer is the most popular sport here. At this moment my friend Isaac is playing the final match. Right now I’m practicing swimming but if you like you can try other things. Pay  attention to this, some sports may look similar but they are different, like rugby and football on the other side of the building. This place is wonderful, the only thing that you need to do is complete the formulary and know what sport do you like.

Benefits of sports

I think that sports can help us to get better on some things, first and before all it helps our bodies and our minds to be more active, it help us to increase our concentration, coordination and in cases like chess our memory. Another benefit about the sports is the help for the muscles, in the specific shown in the video 3 of them help the legs and the other 2 help for the mind and the armas, they help for more things but those are the more important. The only negative thing that I can think about the sports is that you can hurt yourself our your partners if there are more than 2 people playing. For example in the football or the hockey yo can fall, or kick, or hit someone by accident. But this negative point is not for all the sports, for some few like chess or swimming I dont´t see negative things.
