Benefits of sports

I think that sports can help us to get better on some things, first and before all it helps our bodies and our minds to be more active, it help us to increase our concentration, coordination and in cases like chess our memory. Another benefit about the sports is the help for the muscles, in the specific shown in the video 3 of them help the legs and the other 2 help for the mind and the armas, they help for more things but those are the more important.

The only negative thing that I can think about the sports is that you can hurt yourself our your partners if there are more than 2 people playing. For example in the football or the hockey yo can fall, or kick, or hit someone by accident. But this negative point is not for all the sports, for some few like chess or swimming I dont´t see negative things.
